Ford has caught the electric virus and is now building a real Mustang that is electric after the Mustang Mach-E. The Cobra Jet 1400 should hit (and crush) the record at the quarter mile with its 1,500 Nm.
More than 1,400 (American) horsepower and 1,500 Newton meters of torque. This electric Mustang is not there to get far on a laden g, but to convert its electric current into motion as quickly as possible. According to Ford, the car should reach 275 kilometers per hour within eight seconds.
The Cobra Jet 1400 (just like the Mustang Mach-E ) will show its skills later this year on a drag strip near you (oh no, in America).
